Important Note:  The Library frequently utilizes the services of Erie County’s Purchasing Division, particularly where bidding (rather than an RFP) is needed.   Vendors can sign up to get notified of new county bids/RFPs and add their name to the County vendor list.  Vendors can go to http://www2.erie.gov/purchasing/ for more information.
